Espresso Martini

🥘 Ingredients

• Espresso
  single shot, ~25ml
• Ice
• Kahlua
  25 ml
• Vodka
  35 ml

🍳 Cookware

• shaker

   In a shaker :
   - Ice
   - Espresso
   - Vodka
   - Kahlua

   Ice, Espresso: single shot, ~25ml, Vodka: 35 ml, Kahlua: 25 ml

   Shake HARD for that microfoam. Strain, keep strainer near the edge of the shaker to catch bits of ice (because you shook so hard) and don't give in to the temptation to pour everything out. The last part will be very thick foam that's no fun to drink.
